Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do. Let us know if you have a preferred color scheme, a must-have item or special instructions. We are happy to work with you on gift boxes for all kinds of occasions. For questions and custom orders, please contact us at office@askyourbridesmaids.com.

What if I would like to order multiple gift boxes with different shipping addresses?

Each purchase will be a separate transaction to match each gift box with the correct shipping address and shipping costs. If all gift boxes are shipped to the same address, you may combine all gift boxes into one transaction.

Will the company shipping address give away that I am asking her to be my bridesmaid?

No. 'ask your bridesmaids' is part of Linda de Raad & Company and such will appear as the shipping address.

What is the delivery time?

Our boxes are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Items are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, if you have concerns or would like more details please feel free to contact us at office@askyourbridesmaids.com.

What is the return policy?

Orders that are customized do not qualify for a return. All of our products are carefully selected. However, we understand that mishaps can occur and if a product is received in a damaged condition please contact us via email at office@askyourbridesmaids.com within 48 hours. We value our customers and your support and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
